this is a notable release in one way: it's the first time that two black women have been cast together by girlsway since 2015, when ana foxxx, misty stone and teanna trump played step-relations in a three-parter that was my favorite thing on the site when i first joined it in early 2016. but as time wore on and it became clear that girlsway's core audience was (to be polite) not very interested in black women, any performer darker than, say, jenna sativa appeared very infrequently until kira noir started being booked in the middle of 2018. she quickly piled up more girlsway scenes than any other black performer had, and was the girl of the month for january 2019, inviting demi sutra to be her scene partner. (but wait, wasn't that two black women together? yes, but girlsway didn't cast it, kira did.) it's not an accident, i think, that the most beloved era of girlsway in the memory of its complaining membership was 2016-2017, when black women were very rare and nearly always requested by talent in showcases.
but since the great crisis of december 2018, when girlsway's main director was let go and replaced by a hodgepodge of others, it seems as though girlsway (perhaps as a result of analytics) has been making a concerted effort to introduce more black women: since november, a new black girl has appeared on the site every month. this month's introduction is noemie bilas; although jenna foxx has only appeared twice before on girlsway proper, she's a familiar sight to adult time girl/girl consumers, having become one of the go-to players for all girl massage scenes directed by joanna angel.
i've liked what little i've seen of noemie before, but she was perfect here as the too-cute stepsister trying to get a rise out of jenna, whose comic timing as she attempts to ignore and reprove her is impeccable. the evolution from sisterly pestering to full-on sex is hardly believable, but remains as cute and amusing as everything else in the scene. more porn could stand to be virtually a silent comedy, as jenna's mute reactions were better than any forced improv dialogue could have been.
unfortunately it was shot very mediocrely. billy visual has done solid work in the past, and will no doubt do it again, but the compositions felt rushed and basic, rarely showing off either performer to their best advantage. the performances overcame that obstacle, though, noemie in particular wowing me with her responsiveness and energy during sex. ultimately it was little more than a cute scene elevated by two rock-solid performers, but at this point with girlsway i'll take what i can get. more dark girls in 2020.
