this is the third scene sexart has published this spring featuring baby nicols romping with other women out of doors on the spanish island of tenerife. she was also paired with julia de lucia in "survey," in which they explored an abandoned building and had sex propped up in dusty alcoves. (in "adventurous," with mina morena and anya krey, they had very hasty and interrupted sex in a banana orchard.) but this is my favorite of the trilogy to date (if further entries turn up later i'll reassess), a casual sequence in which the two girls wander down a tropical-desert cliffside, spread out blankets on a secluded beach, and have leisurely sex to the sound of lapping waves.

the sun-dappled photography is the major selling point, as is usually the case for andrej lupin's outdoor scenes, and the light on tenerife, the largest of the canary islands in the east atlantic off the coast of morocco, is spectacular. both starlets speak spanish (baby nicols is venezuelan and julia de lucia is romanian), and their easy, slangy conversation, barely audible and unsubtitled as it is, does much to put me at ease: genuine connection, whether i can understand it or not, is always better than an awkward porn script.
and once they move into sex, it too is spectacular, even despite the awkwardness of the camera angles; since they are wedged in between some rock formations, there are only a few angles that they can be shot from without the camera operators' shadows spoiling the shot, so during some positions no genitals can be seen. but both of them give such a convincing display of pleasure at each others' fingers and tongues that it hardly matters: quivering aftershocks of orgasm, whether or not they are simulated, are always appreciated.
looking at the score i've calculated below, it dawns on me that this is the highest i've ever scored a european scene (not counting erika lust's "super femmes" last year, but that was an outlier in so many ways). maybe as my consumption of porn has gone down my estimation for the few scenes i do manage to sit through long enough to write them up here has gone up. maybe i've gotten so used to the stylistic tics of the various studios i still fuck with that the perceived lack that used to drive my scores down no longer does. or maybe this scene really is just that good. i'd guess some combination of the three.
